UltraQuant Assay SARS-CoV-2 Quantification V1 (RUO)

The UltraQuant Assay SARS-CoV-2 Quantification V1 (RUO) is a  real time RT-PCR test  intended to quantification of  SARS-CoV-2 genome  using extracted RNA from already diagnosed positive patients to SARSCoV-2.

Methodology

Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR).

The test targets the N gene of the SARS-CoV-2, including regions that harbor mutations of interest described as sufficient, when present to identify variants of concern (VOC).

Intended user

The product  is intended to be used by trained clinical laboratory personnel specifically instructed and trained in the techniques of RT-PCR .
